My sons with dora

This is the ohp sheet painting and i am using glass colour for this...

Needs -

cauliflower -1 cup
capsicum-1
onion -1
tomato -1
coconut -1 cup
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
chilli powder -2 tsp
turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
oil - 5 tsp
jaggery -2tsp
coriander leaves just to garnish
salt to taste

Gobi capsicum khema

Method-

1.Cook cauliflower with turmeric powder in a cooker.

2.Coconut and tomato are grind finely.

3.Heat oil in a pan add onion fry it till it comes golden brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste and finely chopped capsicum.
Then add chilli powder after 2 min add the cocount and tomato paste .Fry until the masala raw smell leaves. Then add cooked cauliflower,salt, little jaggery and.......allow it for 5 min it comes a thick gravy then garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rotis or plain steamed rice.

Hello friends,

i love to do crochet work but i don't know.. anyway that time ( so many years back) i purchased my wool and needle whenever i got time i tried myself....but after a long time through the net i learned my self the basics of crochet and tried some variety of little work it is so interesting...so now i will started some big projects ....
