wheat cake.................

yummy yummy .....yes easy to bake and tasty to eat.....try this....


needs-

1.wheat  flour            -200 g (1 1\4 cup  )
2.milk                       -1 cup
3.oil                          - 1\2cup
4. soda                     - 1\2 tsp
5.baking powder       - 1\2 tsp
6.salt                        - 1\4 tsp
7.vanilla essence       -1\2 tsp


8.jaggery                  -1 cup

9.water                     -4 tbp

method -

1.melt jaggery with water and allow to bubble...and strain it...

2. sieve atta ,baking powder,soda and salt  twice..

3. whisk  milk,vanilla essence and oil  for few  minuets..

4. add flour mixture...mix well now batter is ready....

5.meantime preheat oven 180 deg for 10 min

6.bake it for 30 min

7. now health wheat cake is ready to eat....

i decorate the cake with some cherries....is looking too good.....
