GOBI CAPSICUM KHEEMA

Needs -


cauliflower -1 cup
capsicum-1
onion -1
tomato -1
coconut  -1 cup
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
chilli powder  -2 tsp
turmeric powder -1/2 tsp  
oil  - 5 tsp
jaggery  -2tsp
coriander leaves  just to garnish
salt to taste



Gobi capsicum khema
Method-

1.Cook cauliflower with turmeric powder in a cooker.

2.Coconut and tomato are grind finely.

3.Heat oil in a pan add onion fry it till it comes golden brown. 
Then add ginger garlic paste and finely chopped capsicum.
 Then add chilli powder after 2 min add the cocount and tomato paste .Fry until the masala raw smell leaves. Then add cooked cauliflower,salt, little jaggery and.......allow it for 5 min it comes a thick gravy then garnish with coriander leaves.


Serve hot with rotis or  plain steamed rice.

  1. I like the combination of cauliflower, capsicum and coconut with a touch of jaggery, anu :) My son says the single grape on the plate looks innocenly cute :)

  2. Ya its really looking nice. The texture is good. Garnishing is missing if u garnish it means it looks so beautiful. Photography is nice.
