This year Theme was Environment and Celebration
Mr. C Ramchandran (80 years old) who supported the organizers with his expertise. He stared the cake show 45 years ago and today Institute of Baking and Cake Art (IBCA) is proud to be a part of his dream display with adding value to today’s bakery and Creative cake sales.
Institute of Baking and Cake Art (IBCA) is an 19 year matured institute, which teaches the art and science of baking and confectionery art. They offer many training programs suiting to all age and the choice of learning within Bakery and Confectionery.
This year the Students, Trainers and Staff at the institute worked hard for 4-5 months with lot of planning and taking their extra learning time to implement and work these structures like St Basil Cathedral Church (Main Display), Fox Family (2nd Main),
Krishna and Flute, Jelly Geode cake,
Nagin – the Snake princess, Fashion Parade-Doll cake,
Halloween – Gargoyle pillar, To Chandrayaan,
Sweet Karnataka, Christmas book, Festive Fireplace,
Bakery Cart, Hope Chocolate Box,
Save environment, save Honey BEE, l&
Me Jewelry, 2020 Happy New Year
