This is my all time favorite ...i can't stop myself to eat this one....in tamil new year day my mother did this recipe but that time she add some neem flowers because in a good day we should taste all the tastes including bitter..that day this pachadi taste is so different and yummy...have a good day...
Needs-
raw mango -1
onion-1
jaggery-1 ball size
To temper -
oil-1tsp
mustard seeds-1tsp
urad dhal - 1 tsp
green chilli -1
Method-
Remove raw mango skin and cut into small pieces then pressure cook it.
Heat oil in a pan and add items under temper. Allow it to splutter then add chopped onion and fry it...
then add the cooked raw mango and jaggery allow it to for 5 - 7 min it comes little thick...
now yummy mango pachadi is ready...
