This is my mother Recipe that she makes in every summer .....
this is kids friendly too...
I am also try to make it but it postponed every time finally i got it with my mother's help...this is a summer special... because hot sun need for it 's dry.....have a good day...
Needs
1. rice - 1 kg
2. Javvarasi \ sago pearls -1\2 kg
3. green chilies - 200 gms (grind to paste)
4.Cumin seeds - 5-6 tsp
5.Asafoetida -2tsp
6.salt as needed
Method
Wash and soaked the rice for 6 hours.. grind rice as a smooth paste..allow it for overnight...
Soak the javvarasi for overnight...
Next day morning bring 3 liters of water in pressure cooker or a heavy pan allow it to boil... then remove 1 litre of water keep aside.Next add javvarasi and cook till soft...then add rice batter , chilli paste ,cumin seeds, salt, asafoetida.....then mix it very well ..make flame slow and mix and mix....finally it cooked and in pouring consistency.....
Spread a cloth in open space direct sun light and make vadagam using sev maker....
let this get dried up a entire a day...

if completely dried then peel and remove carefully and again dry it for 2-3 days in sun light...
store it in a air tight container..whenever we need fryums that time fry it in oil...
enjoy the crispy crunchy home made vadagam \ fryums.....
