otg recipe- chocolate cake...

chocolate cake is my son's all time favorite...

this is my recipe it came out well...


needs-

1.maida                    -1 cup
2.cocoa powder       -1\4 cup
3.curd                       -1\2 cup
4.powdered sugar     -1\3cup
5.baking powder      - 1\2 tsp
6.baking soda          -1\2 tsp
7.oil                        -1\4 cup
8.vanilla essence     -1\2 tsp
9.salt


method-

1.sieve maida and cocoa powder  twice

2. curd, powdered sugar,baking powder,baking soda and salt  are added together and gently mix for a minute..

3.then keep it for 5 minutes..

4.now add oil and vanilla essence to the mixer..

5.finally add flour...

6.meantime preheat oven 180 deg for 10 min

7.bake it for 20 min

9. take it out and cool it now chocolate cake is ready to eat....
