this is simple layered card with cute gift box.........

crispy cookies with choco chips...

this is so easy and tasty cookies to cook and eat and also it is never failure ratio because i made it so many times all times success.....

needs

1.maida                     -3\4  cup
2.corn flour               -1\4 cup
3.unsalted butter        -1\3 cup
4.powered sugar       -1\3 cup
5.vani. ess.               -1tsp
6.choco chips           -as needed  

method -

1.beat butter and  sugar  it comes like creamy ...

2. then add shifted  maida and sugar........  mix well...make soft dough

3.roll the dough into small balls and make it circle...place choco chips in middle.....

4.meantime preheat oven 180 deg for 10 min

5.bake it for 20 min

6.take it out and cool it....  tasty  cookies  is ready to eat....

Creamy chocolate cake...

needs for chocolate cake-

1.maida                     -1 1\2cup
2.cocoa powder        -1\4 cup
3.powdered sugar      -1cup
4.baking powder       - 1 tsp
5.baking soda            -1\2 tsp
7.melted butter          -1\4 cup
8.warm water            -1cup
9.lemon juice             -1 tbsp
10.salt                      pinch


method-

1.sieve maida, cocoa powder, baking powder,baking soda and salt  twice

2. add melted butter,warm water and lemon juice

3.then add  powdered sugar  mix it then add shifted flour to it gently mix for a minute..

4.meantime preheat oven 180 deg for 10 min

5.bake it for 40 min

6. take it out and cool it.. now chocolate cake is ready....


for chocolate cream....

needs-

1.fresh cream (amul cream) - 1 1\2 cup

2.chocolate chip                 -1 1\2 cup

3. unsal. butter                   -1 teasp.

method-

1.in a heavy pan over low heat boil cram and butter for 2 minutes,,,

2.off the heat

3.add choco chips leave 2- 3 mins 

4.gently mix it then refrigerate for 2 hours.....

assembly........

  cool the cake then i cut into 2 ....in between i applied the cream ...then again i applied cream to whole cake then i decorated  it with cherries, gems...........

oh wow yummy yummy cake is ready....

Celebration

yes this is celebration time for me.......

this is my 101th post with 10,000 page views ...

i started my blog 2 years back that time i don't know what to do with this but i exposed some of my works here then again i am busy in my personal life...so many things happened in that period but i  opened my blog  watched it and close it things going  like that only ... ...but after feb 2013 i spend lot of time here and  i participate some challenges that increase my views not only that.... it increase my interest ,happiness every thing.......so i thank to all of u.....THANK U SO MUCH....in august i won my first prize from BGC .....

 we did perfect home made party for my little son prasanna 's birthday....i am a beginner in baking anyway i tried to bake a cake... it came out well not only cake  i made cookies, mixer,  rice all...kids enjoyed so much......that maked us so happy...........................

this is his 4th birthday so i baked 4 cup cakes....instead of candles how is this.........
